MEET YOUR COACH

Coming from a background in sports was able to help Max when he decided it was time for him to make a transformation in his life. By completely transforming his mind and his body through working out, Max now pursues his goal of helping everyone to reach the best version of themselves possible through fitness and lifestyle coaching. Max has helped people all around the world achieve their goals via his online coaching programs. Max now has multiple brands in the fitness industry and uses the tools that he has learned in his own fitness journey to help better the lives of others.

My Pledge

Max Wolf Fitness Coaching is not your typical cookie cutter trainer experience. I believe that the most important thing you can change is not your physical appearance but rather your mentality. Your heart and mindset determine your attitude and confidence in life. Through whatever point you are at in life or whatever you are going through, you have an unlimited capacity within you to accomplish anything that you put your mind to. I am more interested than changing and transforming your life as a whole more than I am with anything else. Max Wolf Fitness is more than just training the body. I will definitely give you all my tips and tricks to sculpt the body of your dreams, but what I am focused on just as much as your physical goals, are your mental goals- I want to coach you into the mindset that you need. The mindset that no matter what you are going through, you know that you are strong enough to conquer all. And the best way to gain this sense of confidence is through the gym- the gym teaches you patience- the gym teaches you about the process of progression. I will test you and motivate you and push you through all of your training week to week, but in the end you will be stronger- mentally and physically- than you ever have been, an I look forward to us getting started.
